THE BENEFITS OF ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSHES

I always recommend electric toothbrushes.

'm a big fan of Oral B.

I can say that almost 100% of my patients have an electric toothbrush.

I don't know any of my patients that don't use one.

Why electric toothbrush?

An electric toothbrush does everything that a normal toothbrush does – but a hundred times over.

If you get the electric toothbrush with the pressure sensor you can make sure you get the right pressure.

It moves and you don't have to do much.

How to clean with an electric toothbrush

You just put it in the right position and it does the work for you.

It will often have a small head that can get into the nooks and crannies of the teeth.

And it is very, very powerful.

It's a game changer.

Often patients will push too hard with a toothbrush that's too hard.

They will have some recession or they've got wear on their teeth.

And that's usually because they're pushing too hard.
